    Hi Alex,

    RE: Get the Color Right

I absolutely agree with you. I am 79 years old, have been doing Photography actively since last 15 years and am very much in Digital. I am more in Wildlife photography and Tigers, Leopards, Cheetah my favourite subjects. I recently did Antarctica. I do my own Printing as well. I have Epson 7880 printer. My monitor is iMac. And I do use Datacolor for Monitor Calibration. I also use Aperture 3.

I recently held wildlife Photography Exhibition in Mumbai and the universal comment was “Stunning” but all pictures were professionally edited.

I like to have natural colors in my subjects but find it difficult. Perhaps you should give guidance in Color management as I find your pictures absolutely fascinating and true nature colors.

I hope if I continue writing it, there will be more people reading it or it will be a waste of my effort. There are a lot to learn and understand about color management and process. I am not sure how I could help you guys through writing because we are talking about “colors” but I will try my best here.

Also, please leaves your comments on the front page. So that the other will be able to learn from your questions with my reply. https://alexsohphotography.wordpress.com/2011/01/12/film-firm-foundation-—-gets-the-color-right/
